Where is death? And what about more careers and hobbies?

As you know, death isn't in the game. This really annoys me, as i'd rather my elders die than move out, since i can get another heirloom, free of charge. Also, what about more careers and hobbies? If kids were made playable, there could be hobbies for them, like Ballet, finger-painting, sports, swimming, and dancing. There could be careers like:

.Painter

.Computer designer (They can make PC's for our sims)

.Dancer

.Actor

.Athlete

.Model

and many more!

There are currently new Hobbies and Careers to be released.
    Wait for the Waterfront's unlock.

Death was previously introduced to the game in past version, and it was bad, then it was replaced with the Retirement system because of player reactions. Retirees should leave the house, athough I don't know as to why they should keep hanging out on our lot, that is why we chose to retire them, so that their successors can Move In, anyway we could just call them over using the Contacts Page if we want to see our retired Sim (current Generation retiree, past Generation retirees cannot be socialized with).
  • Actually, elders DO die. If you move them out there comes a point where you can longer call them over (the “socialize” button goes gray) and if you don’t move them out, they pass away the next time a blue birthday cake icon appears over them.

The death system was exploitable, Food was even removed as a core system ingame, and energy remained.

Thus retirement system was introduced, be it Sims having a specific Lifespan, retiring on a specific day or time.

I was wondering why the Death sim wasn't stalking my sims with the retirement option. I was reading article that said he'd show up if you didn't opt to retire them. I remember when I was playing Sims FreePlay a few years ago and they introduced death and it was so traumatizing to some. I was used to it since I'd played the Sims 2 and Sims3, so it didn't bug me. In fact I think it adds some depth to the game and an element of surprise.
