Hi, I just did the latest update, purchased the festival pass, started the latest TH, and then just got the dreaded “where’s the network?” Message and am completely locked out. Happened not long after I attended my second party today. Im Seafoamsafari on discord and Twitter. Please help!

I am also now having this issue.
I am in Chicago, IL, North America on Android (Samsung Note 20)
I have cleared the cache and tried using wifi and just data.
I have also restarted the phone.

Me too.
- Problem started about 4pm GMT/UTC for me.
- I’d been in the game 30 minutes earlier - and a couple of times earlier in the day.
- In between those game sessions I’d been on the same device constantly, on wifi, with no problems.
- I’m in Europe, on iPad iOS 16.3.
- I’d updated the day before, (after having completed daily tasks, having read about that particular bug). I was able to play the updated version, start the new Sim Festival and the Treasure Hunt.
- I’ve followed all the troubleshooting tips at the top of this forum, other than reinstalling. Nothing’s worked.
- I’ve been fortunate not to have experienced this bug until now. Whatever was fixed, regarding it, has had a detrimental effect for me.

I have been having the same issue for 3 days. I try to update my phone, clear the sims mobile app and reinstall it. It works until I reload my last game at level 48 from cloud. This bug appears again. I am getting tired. I just chat live with EA and he/ she tells me to post this issue here where there is a particular team that can resolve it

Same here after updating on my iPhone in the USA(Chicago, IL).
- Started festival, then TH, Bought season pass.
- This issue started on Monday 2/13 for me.
- cleared cache, rebooted phone, tried with and without WiFi. Still saying where is the network.- I Went to twitter and sent a DM to SimGuruPedro.

I have this issue now, too. I downloaded the new update on Monday, started playing the festival and the TH.
About 24 hours after the TH started, I started getting the ‘where’s the issue’ message sporadically when logging in. Then by about five hours later I was unable to into my game at all.I play on iPad, which I’ve just updated but that didn’t help, and I’m in the UK. I have DMed my player ID to simgurupedro on Twitter.
I do hope there will be some compensation for this of us suffering this big so we are still able to complete the current TH. It was the event I was most excited about from this update.

I’m in the same boat and 100% agree! It’s not ok to charge us for a product that we can’t access. I’m also so nervous about losing progress and items that have taken years to earn. EA needs to do better. We need to be compensated.

I’m having the same issue as of yesterday. I updated the game and played some of the festival quests in the morning. Later in the day I started getting the “Where’s the network?” error. I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting, and redownloading the app. It’s really annoying and I’m hoping we all at least get some free stuff for the inconvenience.
I’m in Sweden and using iOS 16.1.1.
