Hi, I just did the latest update, purchased the festival pass, started the latest TH, and then just got the dreaded “where’s the network?” Message and am completely locked out. Happened not long after I attended my second party today. Im Seafoamsafari on discord and Twitter. Please help!
I have this issue now, too. I downloaded the new update on Monday, started playing the festival and the TH.
About 24 hours after the TH started, I started getting the ‘where’s the issue’ message sporadically when logging in. Then by about five hours later I was unable to into my game at all.
I play on iPad, which I’ve just updated but that didn’t help, and I’m in the UK. I have DMed my player ID to simgurupedro on Twitter.
I do hope there will be some compensation for this of us suffering this big so we are still able to complete the current TH. It was the event I was most excited about from this update.

I’m in the same boat and 100% agree! It’s not ok to charge us for a product that we can’t access. I’m also so nervous about losing progress and items that have taken years to earn. EA needs to do better. We need to be compensated.

I’m having the same issue as of yesterday. I updated the game and played some of the festival quests in the morning. Later in the day I started getting the “Where’s the network?” error. I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting, and redownloading the app. It’s really annoying and I’m hoping we all at least get some free stuff for the inconvenience.
I’m in Sweden and using iOS 16.1.1.

We are aware that players are currently facing the "Where's The Network" bug & cannot get into the game. This is due to a server-related issue and not because of the player's network or devices.
