I have the "where is the network?" bug that pop up from around 7.00 pm or 11.00 pm in my country, Vietnam. Now I have not been able to log in the game all day for 3 days due to this bug after I purchased the festival pass. I try to update my phone, clear the sims mobile app and reinstall it. It works until I reload my last game at level 48 from cloud. This bug appears again and I am getting tired. I just chat live with EA and he/ she tells me to post this issue here where there is a particular team that can resolve it. Please help fix this issue!!!

Same problem, it worked initially after update. Purchased the festival pass. Attended a party, left the game but when I tried to play again it failed to find the network. I tried to delete and reinstall the game, it worked up until I tried to restore the game from the cloud. My network is working fine, it is only TSM that is having this issue.
