I have this issue now, too. I downloaded the new update on Monday, started playing the festival and the TH.
About 24 hours after the TH started, I started getting the ‘where’s the issue’ message sporadically when logging in. Then by about five hours later I was unable to into my game at all.
I play on iPad, which I’ve just updated but that didn’t help, and I’m in the UK. I have DMed my player ID to simgurupedro on Twitter.
I do hope there will be some compensation for this of us suffering this big so we are still able to complete the current TH. It was the event I was most excited about from this update.
I’m in the same boat and 100% agree! It’s not ok to charge us for a product that we can’t access. I’m also so nervous about losing progress and items that have taken years to earn. EA needs to do better. We need to be compensated.
