How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I cannot log in to my game account so I cannot play the Sim mobile game anymore. Every time checking into the game the same window pop up "Where's the Network? and asked to Retry. But the internet is fine. My IOS version is up to date. Have tried to delete the game and reinstall, still same problem.
What do you expect to see? 1) Restore my account so I can log in to the game and continue play 2) Restore the time I have lost since yesterday afternoon so I do not miss the ongoing game event.
