Hi.
I would like to know if others are having this same issue in November 2022. If tech support is working on it? Should I just be patient?Is there anything I can do to help fix? Any suggestions?

@x19egc13y5o5Yep having the same issue since 5 days ago. Tried all the steps given by the EA Help Chat - nothing worked. I was then told to wait as they would report it to technical help....
