Why Won't they fix Izzy's Glitch!!@%$#@%

I started having this issue over a month ago and the updates haven't fixed it, they created a case for it on my account but haven't gotten back to me with a report in over a week. 

They need to either refund all the money I've spent on this game in Fashion Gems or fix my damn game.
