How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? One day, one of my career NPCs (Lonnie, who works at the restaurant) started wearing what I assume is his original outfit instead of his uniform. I didn't mind much, since the orange shirt and ragged pants suit him. However, since then, the same horrible outfit has spread to two more career NPCs (including poor Alfred, who works at the agency). It's like a plague that slowly infects my coworkers one at a time. And since I cannot customize them, they are stuck wearing this very unprofessional outfit.
What do you expect to see? I would expect my coworkers to wear proper attire for their job. My sim has to wear a suit when she goes to work and is baffled to see that her boss is not following the same dressing code. Also, I do not expect to see townies changing into each other's outfits. This isn't Animal Crossing.

In the attached picture, you can see Lonnie (right), the originator of the ugly outfit plague, and Alfred (left), his first victim.
Please, fix this before everyone is affected by this plague. If I see another townie wearing this outfit, I'm urging my Sims to seek refuge inside a bunker until it's safe to come out.
