@katclawsx3 What you can do is use another SIM and go to another location give out a sticker to someone and then close your game. You can also give a sticker at a party because that will put it back on the server. Hopefully that will work for you. This happens to me quite a lot doing these kind of quest, so I make sure that I am still on the server by giving out stickers.

Thanks so much for the tip! I will definitely keep it in mind if this should happen again.
What I did end up doing was use SimCash to rush the event.
I waited until there was a couple of minutes left to go before hitting Rush, so I only used 2 or 3 SImCash in case it didn’t work.
I just hope that the rest of the event stays glitch free.
