That message means that your device isn't compatible. Make sure you have enough space, maybe that causes the message. But if that isn't it, it sounds like your device isn't strong enough to run the game.

My phone has 2 GB left on it out of 16 GB... The game takes up about 75 MB. If it helps I have an LG Aristo and up to date on the software too...

    The specs for the LG Aristo are the same with other phones that aren't compatible. ☹️

    So I think your phone isn't strong enough to run the game...
