Well thank goodness you are not in charge, some of us aren't done in those old servers.- Never seen a war game where a player cried about war, It is annoying when you face bases like that, But he put in the Time, Effort and $$ so until you match that dedication deal with it. Only option is to catch up and beat him, That would be my route, Not letting no one force me to quit a server.
