Good morning everyone.
Since 05/01 login problems, expired or incorrect credentials.
No login possible on "EA support" as well same message. Sunday 08/01 I managed to change the password, but after 2 hours usual problem and no login. On Monday I started contacting Electronic Arts by phone, made several password changes, but when I returned home (therefore changing internet access even if from the same operator) the same problems of expired or invalid credentials always occurred. Only since yesterday an operator advised me to activate "2-factor authentication" which I had previously deactivated. I have been playing for 10 years always with the same accounts, never had any problems, I find it useless to have to authenticate if I change telephone operator or support (PC). In any case......
I still have some problems, 500 error, 400 error, black screen, but by forcing access by logging in again I can access the game. Some problems are more persistent if I use Chrome, while with Opera it is easier to access.
An account that I use can't log in on Opera while on Chrome it doesn't.
If I put the same account under replacement, it is detected by the receiving account as "inactive" while instead it works correctly.
However, the same account can correctly manage the substitutions assigned to them.
