Buying Command Points NOT working
Hi, I talk to by some Coman Points, at the takes for my EA Funds, but the points are not showing up ... (but the funds are taken). Any hints how to fix it or at least reverse the funds to my accoun...

Also, buying Resources did not work. At the same time my Paypal-Account was double-booked, but I did not receive the funds. I also should have received some (12) command points from a mission, which I did not (yes, I tried to retrieve them). Can somebody please look into this?

costauncasino This is primarily a forum for other players to help. The only way for fund issues to be resolved is to contact EA help.
When you contact support you will need to provide them with more details such as the approximate time (including time zone) and which world you were playing where the command points weren't received. https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/
