C&C '95 3D Prints

Hey folks,
Since I was 5 years old, all I wanted was miniature buildings from the original Command and Conquer. Decades later, I'm nearing the finish line of a project that's been going on for for years. It started out with rough hand carved shapes and progressed to 3D modeling. I m in no sense an artist but the models are good enough for me.

I've already printed a few prototypes, have only the Temple of Nod remaining to finish the collection.

I have every intention of making the files open source and quoting prices from 3D printing services.
  • Too bad about the finer parts but this looks really cool already.

I wonder if EA would consider a C&C tabletop at some point. Other video games got an analogue version already.

Have you checked you're not infringing copyright or intellectual property rights with EA?
  • If ur looking for c&c 3D buildings units and stuff , you can find it at Thingiverse , you find everything you want 2 print urselfs . printed 2day the barracks Hand Of Nod.

    Hello Commander,

You might need to remove the IMG-Tag from those urls to make them work.
  • Well i printed the NOD ref , but i think it was wrong to print with support i think. But support is sometimes needed for supporting the smaller parts and hanging stuff, After trying to remove the support from the pipes , well look at the photo's , dammmm so pitty. This print was with a 20 % infill.
printing time lol , Start at 9:50 AM and end finally the next day at 03:44 AM . Got the print file on Thingiverse.
Well you can see what happend, maybe i try to fix it or putting it in the trash.

lol those pipes in front are support, so i din't had to add extra support . i check the game and nod ref din't have those pipes in front, would be dificult for the harversters to unload there load lol. So it after all all ok lol. so happy about it B)
