changing email

Question

need to change email one one of my other accts. Been trying for 3 days and nothing is working. Been playing this game for 20 years. My email is on an old squirrel mail acct that i cant access to get verification code to log in. My alliance is hitting fort this week end. If i cant get this fixed i will be no help to them. Can anyone help. Have been spending money with EA games for awhile now they may lose a customer. THAXDAWG

The only place you may get help is with EA help. They introduced stricter security and as a result many older accounts are inaccessible because the e-mail address was no longer available and two factor security was not enabled.

If you have other accounts, log in now and change e-mail addresses if they are no longer available and add two factor authentication, such as a text to your mobile phone.
