Constant Harrasment/Stalking - Since November 2018

Dear Studio Team,
I just got off the phone (over an hour conversation) with support regarding constant harassment I have been receiving from a player and alliance. I was advised that the cases I have been filing through your website (10 cases - 1 month) are supposed to go to you? I have sent 17 screen shots of TERMS OF SERVICE violations, called 3 times and spoke with someone on the phone and have multiple hours of my time invested in this. I have also paid to get credits VIA PayPal in game to help me level up. I have been playing Command and Conquer world 88 since 2015. Please refer to cases#

    I have been attacked 71 times since April 8, 2019, under the "reports" tab in game, under defense - It will NOT Stop. I cant play the game anymore.

    I need to speak with someone regarding an ongoing issue. 11 cases have been filed with you, 17 screen shots sent to you and the problem is still happening.

    Have you been using the 'in-game' reporting system? EA only provide limited support for the game. Main support for the game is via Envision. I do not know if they have access to case numbers provided by EA.

    Other than posts in here you will be unable to contact someone directly as you are new to these forums.

    You've been attacked 71x in 10 days? Perhaps you should make peace with your enemy. You do realize this is a war game and not Farmville yes?
