Deletions of Inactive Accounts (BS!)

Maybe it's not working on all worlds. Certainly, some have been on this forum to complain their accounts were deleted so some worlds must be deleting accounts. Unfortunately even deleting accounts isn't freeing up space, as many of those worlds are closed to new entrants.
