If the use of a script that can be considered abusive is detected, it must be reported to EA, attaching the appropriate accusatory evidence (not our word). And the developers should also be notified in case they can contribute some more knowledge about the behavior of said script.
Keep in mind that it is EA who ultimately decides whether or not a script violates game rules and the development team generates appropriate countermeasures to prevent (or at least mitigate) the use of abusive scripts.
Note: If there is no complaint with reliable evidence to prove it, EA does not act.
