Server will never be restarted, EA should have leave the server as it is or make modifications that have low impact on current bonus, eg change map like they have done but without modifying POI level that already belong to an alliance, Dream team would have their "Big" POI that they had before but low level bases and poi in front of them, and God of Nod would have big POI in front of them but low current bonus.
And for all those players who say "Yes but 1st team also had biggest bases advantage" :
- GoN (South) and CZEMPIONI (West) merged, West has all biggest bases and POI, and they choosed South that has all lowest bases. so now they can't say "Bigger bases is an unfair advantage" if they don't choose it themselves.
But players always find excuses when they are not doing great on a server, it's the same on all server, but EA should not interfere with that by giving big POIs to one alliance and remove big POI from another.
No one knew before world started which sector to choose, EA should either watch when server start to be able to make quick modifications or just leave as it is.
On Firestorm 9 (if I remember) with small map and low POIs number, one alliance had a very nice sector with very nices POI, would it be fair if EA removed POIs from their sector to give to other alliances ? NO
