Reseting the world would technically be possible, what we can't do is reimburse everyone on their Funds individually afaik. Not to speak of the Week of effort and time invested. This would also need the overwhelming support of the all the players on that world.
So out of curiosity, where did the decision to modify the entire map come from?
I'd consider this only slightly less drastic than restarting the server yet it was done on the basis of a few disgruntled posts as far as I'm aware. There doesn't appear to be any evidence of overwhelming support from all the players on the world.
