Firestorm 21 ruleset

the announcement is a bit confusing...
Is it uprising or not?
"The Forgotten will NOT attack you in this world" vs. "The ruleset is Uprising"...

The next Firestorm assignment is waiting for you.
Firestorm 21 will start on Friday, July 14, 4:00 pm UTC and will have slots for 5.000 players.
This world presents you with a bumpy ride to the Forgotten Fortress. This world has a mountainous landscape, and your forces must work harder to gain full advantage of the POIs. The Forgotten will NOT attack you in this world, but your troops will suffer moral malus on bases beyond your levels reach. The starting base layout is random.
The ruleset is "Uprising" and levels will cap at 80.

    The term 'Uprising' appears not to indicate forgotten attacks but something started a long time ago.

    This ruleset is the same as Tib 58 with malus except of course the cap is 80.

    Similar descriptions have been used for malus worlds for quite a long time.

    Veteran :) from worlds w23, 53 and 72, 3 fortresses done and been on pause from this game for like 5 years. Though to step in again, any recommended alliances joining? Dont want any noobie stuff but ppl who are targeting to be 1st in center.. I have been practicing rusty skills there in 72 and start to get hang of it but maybe need to be updated with any possible rulesets

    I remember you strooper.we were in the same alliance a long time ago. As for rule sets the world about to start on the 14th will be similar to what your used to, other than the higher levels we can reach.
