FS23 is an old world and as you can see there aren't many active players. (No alliance is full.) it is highly unlikely that any settings will change at this stage in the world. It is extremely rare that settings are changed once a world has launched and as an established world from last year it is even more unlikely.
I would suggest you abandon this world and join a more active world where you will be able to join and active alliance and benefit from their resonators to help protect you. An alliance of one isn't likely to get far into the world without large numbers of bases on POIs.
I'm not here to discuss any other player's opinions at this point.
so I m not giving my own outside of an official reply.
