If EA is not viewing the threads then how can they know what a burden they have been putting on players for the past few months ? Is EA disconnected from the reality of the hardships and cost the incur on players due to their bungling efforts? What has been transpiring is totally unacceptable in any scenario one may choose to look yet is has continued for a prolonged period of time and has been enacted repeatedly since 2012, maybe longer than that, but I'm not sure about the other time periods. How is one to be able to express ones frustration with the ineptness of the EA team if EA does not know what is being said about their complete screw ups?
