Funding is only discussed by EA help desk (according to some contact it's of 2 things they can do anything about!)
Your best bet is to contact EA.com/help directly, although I doubt that they will be able to do anything but confirm that a credit/debit card is only method. If it is a problem to you, are you able to purchase pre-paid Visa or Mastercard cards as you can in some countries.
