inactive substitution account problem

Was there a message about the cancellation of the replacement before logging into the chewbass account?

If not, then the table shows the date of the last replacement login (not the account owner's login), and over the past 2 days, the account has switched to inactive status

the same happened to my sub. last time online :YESTERDAY !!

41 000 FUNDS STOLEN BY EA !!

set them inactive is a lie

please send a protest-mail to EA or post into their forum.

this is killing the game by small steps.

The situation is similar.

I lost control of two accounts as a result of their inactivity.

I have others substitution since more than 5 years.The owner does not play C&CTA,

but plays Battlefield by logging into the game using his login and password.

If you have not logged into your account with your login and password for more

than 3 years, it will become inactive. Maybe that's what happened.

You can try contacting the owner if you have contact information (email, phone, etc.) to clarify the situation.

 A friend that stopped playing added my email as a second contact on his account so that i am able to receive the codes  i did the same thing with my alts so no matter which i play the codes all sent to 1 email it is  much more convenient
