Maximum package production power wise once capped?

All reactors, no accumulators? Let me explain: I'm in several servers where I'm power capped so if I understand the mechanic correctly, continuous power does me zero good. These bases are all 65/...

I hope that is true, I do not believe it is though. My understand was there were some unforeseen consequences when trying to make that adjustment but I hope I'm misinformed I'd LOVE some bigger camps!
