Maximum package production power wise once capped?

All reactors, no accumulators? Let me explain: I'm in several servers where I'm power capped so if I understand the mechanic correctly, continuous power does me zero good. These bases are all 65/...

I'm with Methuselah - I wish it were true but don't believe it is the case in the short to medium terms, or even in the distant future.. Soixie, you make the statement as if you have inside knowledge, is this the case?
