Member's hidden state

I think, this function needs some fine tuning.
- Hiding players' online status should be CiC's and SiC's privileg.
- Hidden player's real status should not be hidden for officers and up.
Usually one or more special (pvp) groups are hidden from other eyes, but they do not have an option to have an own channel - provided by membership and hidden state... (something like officers' chat)
