What multiaccounting means in practice:
1. Spend XX% more hours
2. Spend XX€ more money
Both being things that in my understanding all the gaming companies would like to achieve.
Let's say you have one person spending 100€/month on the game and 10 people spending a total of 50€/month on the other side bitching about his depth of wallet and spare time (=multiaccounting). Take a guess who is the most valuable customer for the company?
This is the fundamental "problem".
Like a well known banker once said: "95% of the customers only bring dirt to the floor of the bank office."
