Hey guys can we get a FA without moral or really anything without moral soon?

They don't work to that kind of schedule as far as I've been able to determine. The 'normal' practice is to wait until a previous world has few slots available. This 'normal' isn't a hard rule so sometimes new ones come more quickly.
