I understand it may be technically possible to launch two worlds on the same day. I don't know if the manpower (or personnel if you prefer) exists to be able to manage it. Each world configuration is individually set up I think so they can have a 5 000 place world, 10 000 place world, 15 0000 or 50 000 place world. There are a number of other settings that vary from world to world, but any changes that make it 'non-standard' such as you suggest would probably require new code and also be field tested on a PTE first. As a result it is unlikely they will do those changes.
