1) I don't think 100 cp points to start with is large enough - maybe 500s cp already full and 18h as standard.
2) A new superweapon would be great - maybe a tesla one as used in earlier cnc series with an upgrade to super tesla with greater range
3) no upgrades - maybe if all upgrades are already in place, yes.
4) 4x speed of the resources and repair rate - fully support an increase in speed. I'm not sure x4 is the right multiplier, but the principle is great.
5) it would be quickly abused. It is simple to change your default language before signing up so you would find that players would quickly ignore the regionalisation of a world. My vote on this is a definite no.
My alternative additions:
6) Upgrades for base buildings - we have upgrades for defence and for attack but not for main base buildings.
Examples of changes I can think of:
a) An increase in speed of generation of power from the power plants, a greater multiplier if it is connected to an accumulator or crystal field.
b) An increase in speed of creation of credits from an increased refinery, even greater increase if it connected to an super power plant
c) An increase in the speed of generation of repair time for the fighting buildings
d) The command centre to be able to build extra units taking the units from 200 to 250 or 300 and or decrease the cost of attack and or increase the maximum range from 40
e) The def hq/def facility upgraded to increase the speed of movement of the def units when the def buildings are both upgraded - those def units that don't move to have range increased or capacity to hold other units increased.
f) Harvesters to gather resources quicker if they and the attached silos are both upgraded.
g) Special weapons upgraded to increase effectiveness in the damage against designated unit by 50% but only on own base, 25% increase if linked to a neighbouring base.
Like Methuselah I have no idea of the amount of work any of this would entail. I do feel the worlds should be progressing and that a lot of effort has gone into fixing bugs that should not have been there or have been introduced. Maybe the bugs are all squashed (well, I can always hope!)
