No 100cp to start T63

@braunsweigeryou need to be more specific.

100cp is the cap that you have when you start, you don't get a magic 100cp start.

In order to gain cp at the start you need to build your base. One route to building your base and gaining cp is to follow the tutorial boxes on the left of the game screen.

Some do actually start the game with 100 cp's....

It's rare in my case and I never figured out why so I just assume it's random.

It's a setting for a particular type of world.  It is set to 100cp start for Veteran worlds.
