No CiC or SiC
We want to keep our Alliance but the CiC and SiC are MIA. We could be more active if we could have control of our alliance can someone help plz

- There is nothing you can do with no CiC or SiC I'm afraid. You can start another alliance and pull all your actives in otherwise your only hope of salvaging that alliance is to hope one of them logs back in. You can try to private message them here, sometimes people are active in other servers or here and have just left the one server you are talking about.
Good luck! - dropping the alliance means dropping ALL POI -- don't want to lose the POI if there is anyway to keep them.
