Participation.
Looks like another server is going to be beat in about a month from now..... What do you the players do to make the game interesting when early badges are not your priority?
I kind of imagine the servers as individual battles within the same setting instead of starting over fresh each instance.
A long term strategy seems easier to put logic to or even imagine other commanders and their roles within it.
