Please lift the 10 count alliance marker restriction

@FarmerBob420 - If you had read the patchnotes for 17.5 you will see that they are indeed removing the reservation markers from the alliance totals.

They've corrected the issue and moved straight to having 10 alliance markers + potentially 50 individual markers.
