recent patch today
the new patch includes listing the CIC in every alliance on alliance description front page. TIB 10 a highly political server and virtually every name given is wrong.. i dont think this feature useful...

It seems that the system lists the most recent player promoted to SiC or CiC in an alliance as the CiC in the alliance description.
