Relocate player

I am having problems relocating for the first time... when i click the 'relocate player' button a new window appears over my game. it says ' select sector' which i can do no problem. However, I cannot read all of the text below because most of it falls lower than the bottom of my screen. There is no scroll button. I cant scroll down using my mouse either.
Apparently there is a 'accept and continue' button at the bottom but I cant see it.

What do I do?
