satellite codes
How are satellite codes distributed? I now see 1 codes for 6 sectors (where there are Schaffa) and 10 codes for 2 sectors (where there is Schaffa). Or is it also an accident? :D

As far as I am aware the sat code locations are generated in some way by formula. We've seen groups appear in the same way on the PTE (and not appear in some sectors) at the start of a world when players are still just reaching the sat drop area in great numbers.
It is highly unlikely that changes to code to enable the developers to manually insert sat codes is going to happen.
