satellite codes
How are satellite codes distributed? I now see 1 codes for 6 sectors (where there are Schaffa) and 10 codes for 2 sectors (where there is Schaffa). Or is it also an accident? :D

So is the supposition here that the devs are manually sending sat codes to certain sections only? Really? If I misunderstood that my apologies otherwise I cannot convey how silly that is.

I just checked the world I was logged into, one section has none, some have one or two, one has five. Nothing is being contested on this world, looks pretty random to be honest.
