but with with all the hundreds of reports from in game? anyone don't see that? or its just go to trash some where and no one not even looking on that(and the reports from in game is going all most a week now)
about things taken behind seen, the 1st thing to do is to ban for 24h and in this time to decide what to do, i don't see how you benefit from players keep being nerves about game and not doing a thing
and yes at some point in growing of the game the customer service part need to start taking a better spot, and not excuses all the time - > @gamerdruid said:

Come You, some users have called customer attention and nothing, now they send me to the same place, go way to "drain the bulge", it is a shame.
So we have the forums? What are you here for? they do not give solutions, they do not give clear answers, they only avoid what is clear, the precarious and shameful service they offer us.
After the players say to the C & C: TA no longer plays anyone, that if there are missing players like before, normal people get tired, not receive anything in return, not even respect, which happens ONLY the players of the Fifa or Fornite, or other games have the right to a decent service ?, because we C & C players: TA, we also pay like others and we deserve the same. - Does this seem normal to you? say every day like that, you can not, not even 9 hours have passed since you last deleted everything.
- It is not normal nor is it acceptable.
As for Customer Service, sometimes it is better called customer ignoring service! (or replace 'ignoring' with strong expletives!) - LOL, anything is possible!
- Personally over the years I have played I have found that no issue I have had and reported has ever been addressed. The advice I always get is just keep reporting it. So now I use the block and ignore button and dont waste my time with reporting as I believe its a waste of time unless of course your iggy .... he gets banned for breathing the wrong way. Dont complain about the service there is none
- Please EA admins do something once with this person or bot or whatever it is once, we can not be longer.
Definitely use a bot or something similar it is impossible for a person to send 1 message per second, as shown in the attached image. :# :# :# :# - The same advice as before, report using the in-game system. The developers can follow up reports and make sure that customer services actually do read the report and act upon it. Also, as many of your alliance as possible should also make reports as this makes action much more likely than one individual reporting another.

Hope that the repeated offender will get a perma-ban on that server, and anywhere else. He might continue his schemes in other TIberium Alliances servers. Also is the spam offender the same one who spammed the forums before with an random string of letters or numbers, or is he a different person? Also to prevent and miimize cases, can you add a blacklist feature? A PM messaging limitation is also nice. E.g. if a player is not in a high rank position of a big alliance (30 members or more), he can only send his mails to 5 clients with a recharge time of 10 minutes between creating new PM's.
