Perhaps I don't understand, but the closest thing that currently exists in the base code to allow what you suggest is the ally flag. An alternate alliance receives a trophy for killing fortress that another alliance performed? A maximum of 48 players can attack fortress. If an alliance is ally to the killing alliance, then all allies receive a white medal that is simply stamped "Supporting alliance"?
