Well, a 3rd party company may as well do it. Unless EA can be convinced about the game needing to ported, then I don't know. Also isn't TA sold to Envision Entertainment or is the game still published by EA? What's the relationship between those 2 companies when it comes to this game, since I don't get it.
For me, Rivals does not feel right to be an app. Its better as a PC game cause of its buttons and maybe cause of control groups. If you could assign each individual unit to its own separate control group, then players would easily micro their matches.
