Stop banning players
I move to having the banning of players for using naughty words, this is a game mostly played by adults, it is also a war game and it is filled with very shady sneaky snakes who bully with their wall...
we know its mostly adults dude as they tried to market to youngsters and it never caught on but its besides the point, the banning is 1 sided, we know a lot of the big players are EA plants there to influence the spending in game etc and that is why they can say what they like in global chat to annoy other players and they don't get banned, ilovelag is one of them and koegy and mogsy, seen them all say things and i have reported them to test the theory, iggy got banned from things said in the chat at the time, the others mostly laggy said some nasty things that should have been a perma ban, nothing to this day. the game is horrendous for double standards.
and like i said, chat filter and the ability to mute disruptive players is enough, if you choose to not use these functions then you consent to view the things you claim to dislike and be offended by, lag and other players are abusing the ban system to annoy players they dislike, this is a fact, they sit there winding up players til they bite then report them, its disgusting behavior and needs to be stopped, and if EA wish to not change this then players who get a ban and have spent lots of money in the game should be refunded a chunk of that money.
this is my opinion, it will no doubt be ignored in favour of the EA pets and big money spenders/
It seems fairly certain to me that Iggy constantly gets banned because so many german players report him for his excessive anti-german insults and chat. He gets pretty graphic and I don't blame them for reporting him, BUT, just like you have said, they are all free to just block him to never see any of his posts. I have plenty of players on block, it's pretty simple.
Also, I haven't really ever seen Mogsy post any ban worthy text in chat.
A moderation policy almost always must apply to the entire platform.
In other words gloves off in one forum is gloves off for all or on for that matter.
As for this service? They still allow for some spirited self expression I believe but "direct confrontation" and I quote this as even the old developers put it is not being overlooked lately.
