Double typing multiple times on an OP today, instead of opening it, made me pay 4 bonus slots package storage. What is this????

After one and a half hour trying to get a resolution to this situation from EA.com/help, answer is EA can NOT do anything about it.
Can not lose 10.000 funds because of an in-game error.
