Tiberium Alliances

The recent update has caused me some concerns.Several accounts which I had subbed to my main account no longer work. Despite being well inside the maximum days allowance.Can someone advise me why this has happened and how to resolve it as I no onger have access to the eail addresses. There used to be the facility to change a player from inactive to active,this appears to have gone now,or am i being daft here?
