The situation is probably more "dire" than EA or Phenomic realizes, but the repercussions will probably not fully evolve for several months, regardless of how soon the login problem is resolved. Simply put, you can not solicit funds from customers, then interfere with their ability to utilize those funds. Its like paying someone to clean your house, then they don't show up. "The deployment of the new procedure had to be performed ahead of the agreed upon schedule for certain reasons I won't detail here." Transparency is important, so I would expect an explanation in a follow-up post.
