When is Veterans World 3 coming out.

The announcement has been made! - For those that are unclear - the rank that is referred, rank 12, is Second Lieutenent (GDI) and Grand Confessor (NOD), not the position on the player ranking tables on a world.
Rank 11 was originally estimated to be obtained at around the base 35 area, but for many it was a little later.
Rank 12 will obviously be later still.
