W21 malus correction
As it's not possible to give feedback in announcmenets.. so make an topic. This correction is awfull LOL, as now i have malus 65% to higher base towards the centre, then 50% backwards.. in general....

This morale “fix” is absolutely unethical!! The only thing this accomplishes is to destroy the actual morale of your paying customers. This is nothing more than blatant robbery by EA! I will never fund an EA game of any kind again if this is not corrected!
